Project Overview
The Refugee and Migrant Community Integration Programme provides a structured, rights-based approach to helping individuals fleeing conflict and hardship rebuild their lives with dignity. The programme outlines key services, protection mechanisms, and community-level interventions needed to improve social inclusion, strengthen access to essential support, and expand pathways to education, wellbeing, and socio-economic participation.
This work was contributed to by Elias Sahardid, Governance, Equality, and Protection Specialist, whose experience includes refugee integration, safeguarding, community cohesion, and multi-agency coordination. His contributions strengthened case management, enhanced access to housing, education, and healthcare, and supported more inclusive systems that improve outcomes for displaced and marginalised communities.
